You can rest assured that when you call 303-278-2255 to schedule your inspection, a real person will answer the phone — trained and ready to help. That’s right! If you call between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday or Saturday from 10:00 am until 1 pm, you will always get in touch with a friendly member of our staff. We know how important a timely inspection is to the overall transaction. This is not the time to be playing phone tag. As an added convenience, inspections are performed 7 days a week.

• Video Sewer Scope! Know what others don't.  Sewer line repair or replacement can be very costly. Save time and money by having us scope the lateral sewer line from the house to the city main.
