Single family home inspections can take 3 to 4 hours, depending on the services requested. Reports are printed on-site.
We always recommend a Video Pipeline Inspection for single family detached properties built before 1985. If, after doing your own research, you don’t believe this to be a cost effective procedure, please consider all possible future implications.
In many cases, we will recommend further evaluation or repairs by a qualified professional. We avoid all potential conflicts of interest by not offering to “fix” any of the problems we find.
