DayStar Inspections always encourages the buyer to attend their inspection. Some inspectors prefer to inspect the home without any distractions and that's ok, but we believe it's important that the buyers attend the inspection to have a better understanding of what the inspector is observing firsthand.
It's much easier to explain and discuss issues and implications when you are on-site.
In regards to distractions, here are a few simple rules:

• Try to arrive on time or let the inspector know if you're going to be running late.
• Please don't operate any of the systems of the home. Allow the Inspector to do his job. You are certainly welcome to look over his shoulder.
• Treat the home as if it belongs to someone else, becuase it does. You don't own it untill closing! Remember, it's the responsibility of the inspector to leave the home in the condition in which it was found. Your Inspector is counting on you to help make that happen.

If you attend your inspection, trust me, you will learn alot about the home. Plus, we will spend enough time there getting to know the property, that you to feel confident in your decision to walk away or move forward with purchasing.
